X COVID-19 | MODEL HOMES After considering the recommendations from the CDC, and out of an abundance of concern and caution for our customers, our employees and our community, Keystone Homes has decided to implement a new temporary policy for all of our new home communities. Effective today and until further notice, all of our model homes will be open for visitation by appointment only. During regular business hours, we will still be working from our sales offices to accommodate appointments with prospective buyers, Realtors and for any scheduled meetings with our current homebuyers. We will actively practice and encourage social distancing while in our sales offices and our models will be regularly cleaned and sanitized. Our goal is to safely serve and protect you and our entire Keystone Homes Family. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this unprecedented time. We feel this step in necessary for us to do our part in containing or slowing the possible spread of the COVID-19 virus and to keep you, our customer, as safe as possible. Greg Allen, our Warranty Manager, will be personally contacting all customers with scheduled service appointments to reschedule those for a future date. We will continue to receive and evaluate all warranty service requests and respond to critical service items that could interrupt daily living.
